EXECUTIVE COACHING
Clarity. Perspective. Growth.
Executive coaching for senior leaders who want to strengthen their leadership, navigate complexity and change, sustain their performance or make deliberate choices about what comes next.
I offer a confidential space to define your objective, step back, challenge assumptions and turn reflection into action toward achieving it.
My background is in Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, and I welcome leaders from other sectors. Coaching is available in English and Spanish.
Arrange an introductory conversationWhen coaching can help
You do not need to be changing roles to benefit from coaching. It can also help when your current responsibilities demand a different way of thinking, leading or working.
Stepping into broader roles
As responsibility, visibility and expectations increase, what made you successful before may need to evolve. Coaching helps you explore how you want to lead at this new level.
Leading through others
When results increasingly depend on teams and other leaders, your contribution changes. Coaching creates space to examine delegation, trust, communication and your leadership identity.
Navigating complexity and change
Reorganisations, integrations, transformations and competing priorities can make it difficult to see a clear path. Coaching helps you explore the situation, clarify your choices and decide where to focus.
Influence and difficult conversations
Some of the most important leadership challenges involve people you do not directly control. Coaching helps you examine stakeholder relationships, prepare for difficult conversations and explore how you influence others.
Sustainable high performance
You may be delivering strong results while questioning whether your way of working is sustainable. Coaching helps you examine priorities, boundaries and patterns so you can make deliberate choices about how you perform.
Career transition and reassessment
A promotion, career change or period of uncertainty can raise questions about direction and identity. Coaching helps you clarify what matters now and make thoughtful decisions about your next chapter.
How I coach
My coaching centres on a defined objective. Through meaningful and challenging questions, complemented where useful by observations and feedback, we explore what stands in the way and identify possibilities for action.
You develop your own perspective, choose the actions you will take and review your progress toward achieving the objective.

Start with a conversation
We begin with a complimentary introductory conversation of 45–60 minutes. We explore what brings you to coaching, what you hope to achieve and whether we would work well together. There is no obligation to continue.
Agree an engagement
If we decide to work together, we agree the objectives and shape an engagement around your needs. This typically involves 6–10 sessions of 75 minutes, usually held fortnightly. The duration and frequency reflect your situation and goals.
Reflect, act and review
Each session creates space to explore what matters most and identify actions you choose to take. We review progress regularly and revisit the objectives when your needs evolve. The engagement closes with a deliberate review of your learning, progress and next steps.
Coaching sponsored by your organisation
Coaching can be funded personally or sponsored by your organisation.
For sponsored engagements, we begin by aligning with you and your sponsor on the purpose of the coaching and the desired outcomes. Your coaching sessions remain confidential.
Agreed midpoint and closing reviews provide space for you to reflect on progress with your sponsor. You lead those conversations, with my support. Confidentiality and what may be shared are agreed at the outset.
Let’s explore what matters to you
Whether you are stepping into greater responsibility, navigating a demanding situation or considering your next chapter, an introductory conversation is a place to begin.
We can explore what you want to achieve and whether coaching together would be useful.
